On January 6, 2023, the second class of the ongoing Astronomy and Geography course organized by the Department of Specializations at Al-Rashid University Karachi was held. Senior Ustad Jamiat Al-Rashid Mufti Shams-ul-Haq Shahabzai Sahib gave a lecture on Arbaa prayer times and conducted practical exercises. In the second and last lecture, Ustad Ulama and Deputy Superintendent of the Specialization Department, Mufti Asadullah Shahbaz gave a talk on the methods of determining the natural shadow and the meridian.

جامعۃالرشید کراچی میں کلیۃ الدعوہ شعبہ تخصصات کے زیر اہتمام جاری فلکیات و جغرافیہ کورس کی 6 جنوری 2023ء کو دوسری کلاس منعقد ہوئی۔ جس میں سینئر استاد جامعۃالرشید مفتی شمس الحق شہاب زئی صاحب نے اوقات صلوۃ کے امور اربعہ پر لیکچر دیا اور عملی مشق کروائی۔ دوسرے اور آخری لیکچر میں استاد العلماء و نائب نگران شعبہ تخصصات مفتی اسد اللہ شہبازصاحب نے سایہ اصلی و خط نصف النہار معلوم کرنے کے طریقوں پر لیکچر دیا۔
